Russ Rose Then (2000): “Shannon has put in her time here and has a solid idea of the program and what our expectations are. She played well on the Cuba trip, so I would expect her to push very hard for the starting setter position.”
Russ Rose Now (2025): “Shannon was a well-skilled setter/right side, who always had a smile on her face and a zest for life. Big hands, good skills. Huge smile! Happy-go-lucky, and a really good person. Went on to have a great extended career as a high school and club coach in Pennsylvania. She was a valuable contributor.”
