Russ Rose Then (2019): “Tori is a fifth-year senior that has had some ups and some downs. She needs to learn from the experiences that she has had and make her last year her best year. The challenge is that we may ask her to play a variety of positions. We need her to be confident with those transitions and be able to blend in with the team as she has good strength, quickness and competes hard. I don’t see any reason why she won’t be able to be successful.”
Russ Rose Now (2026): “Tori was one of the few players we recruited that played at Happy Volley Tournament on Memorial Day weekend. She was a player from Canada, and her father was a former professional football player in Canada, so she came from tough stock and she competed hard. The year I asked her to change position from middle to outside hitter, she said whatever I needed her to do to help the team, she would do. Some kids, you like them at the beginning, and then when they’re so accommodating to do the best for the team and being an adult, you have an even greater affection for them. Tori was great. She married one of our practice players, Joey Farrell, who also spent time with the men’s team.”
