Season Recap: played in all 37 matches (starting all 37 as libero) and all 135 sets … led the team in digs (529) and digs/set (3.92) and was 2nd on the team with 38 aces … reached double-digit digs 30 times and had 20+ plus digs in 6 matches, including a season-high 27 in a 4-set win over Yale (9/22 )… averaged 4.12 digs/set and tallied 3 aces over Penn State’s 6 NCAA Tournament matches … tallied double-digit digs in all six NCAA Tournament matches … vs No. 2 Nebraska (11/29) posted 12 digs and 1 ace in a 4-set win that clinched a share of the Big Ten title.
NCAA Tournament: Opened the NCAA Tournament with 14 digs in a sweep vs Delaware State (12/6) … vs North Carolina in the NCAA Second Round (12/7) tallied 16 digs in a 4-set win … vs Marquette in the NCAA Regional Semifinal (12/13) contributed 15 digs in a 4-set win … in the NCAA Regional Final vs No. 6 Creighton (12/15) totaled 17 digs and 1 ace in a 5-set win … in a reverse-sweep win in the NCAA National Semifinal vs. No. 3 Nebraska (12/19) racked up 25 digs and 1 ace … in the NCAA Championship match at No. 4 Louisville (12/22) finished with 16 digs and 1 ace to help Penn State secure its 8th national title with a 3-1 win.
Before Penn State: Ranked as the No. 36 recruit in 2022 by PrepVolleyball.com and No. 29 by Prep Dig … named to the 2021 AVCA Best and Brightest First Team … started at libero all four years for Nazareth Academy, leading the team to the state title as a senior and a third-place finish as a sophomore … had a career-high 35 digs in the state championship match, which was the first state title in any sport in school history … earned 1 all-state award and 2 all-conference honors … finished with more than 1,500 digs during her high school career … played 5 years of club volleyball with 1st Alliance and 2 years with Adversity … played high school and club volleyball with Penn State teammate Katie Hurta.
