
Russ Rose Then (2002): Tina is one of our hardest working backrow players. There are not many players that you see that go into the gym and just work on their serves. Tina gives her all and she recognizes her opportunity to play is in a very limited role, but she works hard to try and improve in that area.
Russ Rose Now (2025): Tina was a tough backrow player from Chicago. She had good skills, great energy, and always worked hard. She was one of those players that makes your team better. She continues to give back to the sport as a club coach.

Before Penn State: A three-year starter for Marian Catholic; named a captain her senior season; led squad to conference title each of her four years; Spartans advanced to Sweet 16 in 1996 and were regional champions each of the last two seasons; MVP of Maria Invitational in 1994.
