Before Penn State: A multi-sport athlete and 4-year letterwinner at Dover Area HS, Patterson competed in the 1989 East-West All-Star match … a member of 2 district championship teams, she helped Dover advance to the state finals in 1989 … played forward and center in basketball and competed for the track team as a high jumper, sprinter and middle distance runner.
