Shipley Award for distinguished athletic achievement and the Insurance Women of York Scholarship … a captain and four-year letterwinner, Boner earned the team’s most valuable player award as a senior. .. participated in the 1991 East-West all-star match and garnered the MVP award … competed for the South Pennsylvania junior team … played on teams that won three Keystone Regional titles and secured silver medals at the Keystone State Games and East Coast Championship … was a member of the National Honor Society … gained exposure to the Penn State volleyball program by attending Russ Rose’s summer camps.
