Russ Rose Then (2012): “Megan comes in a one of the nation’s top recruits and is an all-skills player. She has the ability to serve, pass, attack and block. She’s going to be in the mix and might be a multi purpose player who is asked to do a lot things based on the needs of the team.”
Russ Rose Now (2025): “Megan was a terrific, well-rounded player when she came to Penn State. When she came in, she could have played left side, right side, or set. She was a really important player for us because she could pass, and attack, and she was a very good blocker. Megan was durable and always played hard and well with others. She had all the skills. She was with the US national team and playing professionally as an outside hitter, and then she transitioned and was the starting libero on the national team. She’s married now with a child and still playing pro ball. I was always a big fan of Megan.”
