Russ Rose Then (2005): “Maggie has had to battle a number of injuries since she came to Penn State and much of the impact that she will make on the floor this season will be based on how her health comes together. She is a competitive, confident, young lady who can make valuable and needed contributions even if she can’t physically play.”
Russ Rose Now (2025): “Maggie was a player that attended our camps and came from very successful high school and club programs in Ohio. She was very bright person with a good court awareness, who was a primary back row player for us, and always had good energy. Maggie wasn’t afraid of the moment. Even after she had some injuries so she couldn’t continue to play volleyball, she still stayed and helped the team and was there to do anything she could to help others. I was a big fan of Maggie.”
