Russ Rose Then (2004): “Maggie is a player who we have had in camp for a number of years and I like how tough she is. She is an accomplished passer and back row player. And like Kris [Brown] and Kaleena [Walters], she is coming from a high school and club situation where she was a hitter and playing all-around, so her volleyball IQ is high. Maggie takes volleyball seriously and I know she will make an impact.”
Russ Rose Now (2025): “Maggie was a player that attended our camps and came from very successful high school and club programs in Ohio. She was very bright person with a good court awareness, who was a primary back row player for us, and always had good energy. Maggie wasn’t afraid of the moment. Even after she had some injuries so she couldn’t continue to play volleyball, she still stayed and helped the team and was there to do anything she could to help others. I was a big fan of Maggie.”
