Russ Rose Then (2019): “Jonni had an exceptional freshman season. She’s an incredibly competitive player with a lot of poise. I believe she still has a number of areas where she can get better. She was one of our key attackers last year, and I would expect that to be the case again. If she can continue to improve in the areas that we have identified, I believe she will make even greater contributions to the team success. We need her to be healthy and remain confident, and I know a lot of players will follow her lead, as she is a natural leader.”
