Season Recap: played in 59 sets over 22 matches, including 10 as a starter as a defensive specialist … finished with 69 digs (1.17/set) and 7 assists … stepped up in big matches, recording a season-high 10 digs in the National Championship win over No. 4 Louisville (12/22), 9 digs in a win over No. 2 Nebraska (11/29) to clinch a share of the Big Ten title, and 9 digs in a win over No. 6 Creighton (12/15) in the NCAA Regional Final at Rec Hall.
NCAA Tournament: averaged 1.40 digs/set over Penn State’s 6 NCAA Tournament matches … in the NCAA Regional Semifinal vs Marquette (12/13), posted 7 digs in a 4-set win … in the NCAA Regional Final vs No. 6 Creighton (12/15), totaled 9 digs in the 5-set win … in a reverse-sweep win in the NCAA National Semifinal vs. No. 3 Nebraska (12/19), totaled 6 digs … in the National Championship match at No. 4 Louisville (12/22), recorded a season-high 10 digs and had 1 ace to help Penn State secure its 8th national title with a 3-1 win.
