Russ Rose Then (2011): “Erica’s strength is her fast feet. We’ll have to see if she can connect with the setters because having fast feet only makes a difference if you can make connections with the setters. She hasn’t had as much court time due to red shirting and injuries.”
Russ Rose Now (2025): “Erica had good vision, fast feet and a good arm. She was bright and aggressive at the net. She had a back injury and didn’t get to play as much as originally planned. She was an integral part of the team, with her ability to communicate with everybody and keep the energy high. Erica was another individual who didn’t play as much as she might have somewhere else, but she always came to the gym with a great attitude and worked hard. After the 2013 season she transferred to the University of Denver, where she played well and helped them to the NCAA tournament. She is having great success in the business world and is getting married.”
