Russ Rose Then (2012): “Dom has been one of our top passers since she arrived. l know she’s one of the people that’s competing to gain possession of the libero position. Dom is a great teammate who cares about the program and competes.”
Russ Rose Now (2025): “Dom was one of my favorite people in the program as she always wanting to know how she could help the team and what she could do to be better. She was an incredible passer, and was tough defensively. She made great contributions to the program while she was here, and after she graduated, she went into college coaching for a few years. She has since retired from college coaching and is active in her former club back in Texas and is raising her son. Dom was a really valuable leader of the team. She was one of those examples that captains might be elected, but leaders emerge. I was always really proud of how Dom cared about the team and was always working on her craft.”
